We were more than just pleased with the wonderful job that Ron, Frank and the rest of their hardworking crew accomplished. Our house is a three story plus garage and not easily accessible. They not only completed the job in a timely fashion but also cleaned up after themselves. Since I put on the same colour roof you couldn’t even tell they’d been here except that the roof looks infinitely better. They also kept me updated daily on their progress. We initially were only getting the siding and eavestrough done, but when they came out they noticed some issues with our roof - something we probably wouldn't have noticed for a while longer, and could have been much worse! Gauthier Roofing recently replaced the roof on our house and garage, as we had been experiencing several leaks, even though repairs by two other roofing companies did not completely solve the problem.I sent photos from our attic, which showed the tongue and groove boards that were commonly used when our house was constructed in 1956. Ron Gauthier advised us that if the boards were not in good condition they should be covered with plywood sheets and included the additional cost.When his team arrived and started to remove the old shingles it became obvious that the boards were cracked and pieces were missing so they installed the new sheets of plywood and then the shingles.His crew was topnotch in their work doing a very professional job and their setup before starting and cleanup afterwards was first class.When we decided to replace the roof and change the colour of the shingles Ron provided us with a list of addresses near us to compare the colours that we were contemplating. It was quite helpful and we were very happy with our choice.Any time we had any questions Ron replied promptly. He also shared pics of the old roof boards, on request, so that we could see the poor condition they were in. He monitored the progress of the work with us throughout as the job took two and half days to complete.We highly recommend Gauthier Roofing and rate this company A++

The owner, Ron, and his team were professional and exceptional on all levels: from thorough and detailed quote (very reasonable, too!), through preparation and implementation of the job, all the way to a perfect completion - they left our place spotless and not even one plant in our dense and luscious garden was damaged! I had a roof and eavestroughs done on an older house. Once the top layer of the slow slope roof was removed, a lot of wood damage was discovered, and the team was able to rebuild and redo the whole structure properly. They cleaned afterwards with great care to the property. Ron kept in touch step by step with all the information, pictures and what to be expected, he answered all my calls and emails very promptly. I was in the market to have my roof replaced and had consulted a few local businesses for quotes including Gauthier Roofing and Siding. Everyone provided their quotes however this company was the only one who followed up immediately to see if I was satisfied with the quote and if I had any questions. Ron was was extremely thorough and explained everything. Not only was he extremely cordial, I dont think he sleeps because he will answer an email any day or time of the week. The customer service is something I never expected to receive and was ultimately the selling point even though i had quotes that came in lower. The crew that was onsite was amazing and they were clean and polite. They would let me know of issues they encountered and would also send pictures to Ron who would then forward to me. This company is extremely transparent and nothing is hidden in what they say they will do or charge you for. I'm also getting my gutters redone from them and am happy I chose this company. Gauthier Roofing & Siding has done work in the past for us so there was no question who we would call to replace our eaves. Do to the covid virus we were unable to get the work done as set out but that didn't stop Ron from e-mailing us almost every week to keep us abreast of the situation. We finally got it done and the father,son team that did the work were great, they did a great job and cleaned up after. We would highly recommend anyone to go with the best company. Bev & Loui Svarc.

We recently chose Gauthier Roofing and Siding to replace our shingles and eavestroughing after extensive research and a number of other quotes. What impressed us about Gauthier was the attention to detail, knowledge and professionalism from the get-go. Love love love!!! What a great experience we had with Gauthier Roofing. From the first call/email we made,to the job completion. Ron was a pleasure to deal with very professional. The whole staff was a pleasure....from the lovely office manager to the crew that came to the house. Not one complaint do we have with the work we had done. Every question I had was answered . Last year my roof was falling apart due to defective shingles, so I called Gauthier and they took care of everything! Everything was covered by the manufacturer, so Gauthier took care of all the paperwork, then came out and did a wonderful job!Both Ron and Michelle were extremely helpful, and I would recommend them to anyone!

I am writing this review as recent customer. I had my roof and eaves replaced three years ago by Gauthier Roofing. Ron was very thorough and attentive. I was well informed, starting from the estimate to the job completion, knowing what to expect at each stage. Ron provided timely calls and/or emails throughout the process, addressing our concerns of weather, timeline and material used. His crew is very professional on the job site, leaving the site tidy and clean during the job. My yard was returned to its original condition upon completion of the job. My roof and eaves look great three years later. I have had no problems and have recommended Ron to many friends and family. I will definitely use Gauthier Roofing again and highly recommend them.

They did the siding on my house and garage under hangs, replaced old siding and installed all new eves all while I was on vacation. The house was absolutely stunning when I got home. I have conducted business with Gauthier Roofing since I became a homeowner in 1994. Throughout those years and two homes owned, I would only use Gauthier Roofing to make any repairs or replace my roof. Over the years I’ve had three roofs, a skylight installed, siding, caulking and flashing around the windows replaced. It has brought me peace of mind knowing that it was done correctly. Ron is extremely professional and honest. His staff and employees conduct the same work ethic and for that alone Gauthier Roofing is worth every penny for peace or mind that the job is done once and it’s perfect.

Gauthier Roofing was very professional in handling my leaky roof situation. They stripped off the old shingles, cleaned up the mess and repaired the roof where a potential problem could have given me grief in the future. We priced out having our eavestroughs replaced a couple of years ago and decided on Gauthier Roofing and Siding. Were we ever happy with our choice!Quality products installed by quality workers left us so satisfied that when it came time for our roof to be replaced last summer, they were the first people we contacted.The crew that came out to do the roof were awesome, worked themselves to the bone and cleaned up the mess all through and after the job was complete.It all starts at the top as Ron will stay in email contact with you before, during, and after the job is done.I recommend them to anyone who is asking.
