I had a roof and eavestroughs done on an older house. Once the top layer of the slow slope roof was removed, a lot of wood damage was discovered, and the team was able to rebuild and redo the whole structure properly. They cleaned afterwards with great care to the property. Ron kept in touch step by step with all the information, pictures and what to be expected, he answered all my calls and emails very promptly. Very professional, trustworthy and reliable, and fair pricing. Outstanding quality!

Gauthier Roofing and Siding has been our family go to company for our roofing and eavestrough needs for many years. We had the shingles on my mother's house replaced. Mr Gauthier made it a smooth and easy process. I chose to use email as our preferred method of communication and Mr Gauthier was always very responsive. From my first email to the end product, Mr. Gauthier was always keeping the communication open and honest and it made us feel much less stressed about this big investment. His workers are top notch. We had new eavestrough installed on our house by Gauthier, they arrived at 8:30am right on time and were finished by noon when I came home for lunch! It was a huge relief not having to be home for the quote or installation. Extremely prompt and courteous communication from the owner all through email which is always appreciated when working full-time! We will definitely be having them back if we need any other projects done around the house.

Ron Gautier is truly a top-notch professional who cares about every aspect of his business. Although we had our roof installed a few years back, we contacted him when we had some siding damage from a recent storm. He responded, as always, immediately and provided sound suggestions. I’ve been meaning to do this before now, but happy to recommend Gauthier Roofing-Siding for quality eavestroughs, soffit repair and new downspouts!Owner Ron Gauthier could not have been more professional, attentive, knowledgeable and he and his staff have the most excellent customer service. From the first contact requesting a quote, to making suggestions and providing options tailored to our specific needs, the entire experience was a great one!Technicians removed the older eavestroughs, pieces at a time, while installing new segments as they went along. All removed product was taken away and they kept our property in great shape while they worked.You might find some cheaper quotes, but we can be sure that Gauthier Roofing-Siding will definitely be around years from now to honour their amazing warranty. I had additional insulation installed on both my house and garage along with vinyl siding, replacement windows, a new front door and new gutters with gutter guard. The work is top notch, completed quickly and looks very good. The price quoted was in line with other companies that I had approached. Friends who had Gautier do their homes recommended them. I have more work to be done and I'm not looking for anyone else to do it; Gautier is my go-to company. I highly recommend them.OK. It's been a few months since I wrote the review above. All the work done; siding, windows, door are great. No problems at all.So here's the thing. I needed the "energy" stickers that were affixed to each window to prove they met performance standards for a government grant. Problem was I lost the stickers. So I turned to Ron Gauthier to see if he could help. The next day Ron emailed me the energy performance data sheets for each window. Ron reached out to the window company and a couple days later I got scans of the stickers I had lost. He also arranged for the energy stickers to be mailed to me. This is way more than I need I'm sure in order to satisfy my energy evaluation. But this just underscores the "extra mile" you can expect from this company - even six months after the work was done!

Having used Gauthier Roofing and Siding, at my previous residence, my first thought was to call them for work I needed done at my new address. It was a last-minute request, which had to be fulfilled prior to the upcoming winter weather; was subject to other work being completed by other Contractors; took place during the Christmas Holiday Season! After learning what was required, Mr Gauthier assisted me immediately. He answered my questions, at all times, day & night! He was patient with my shift-work schedule. Mr Gauthier kept in touch as to my progress on the other work, advising what would happen depending on the timeline of its completion. A "What to Expect" information sheet is provided, so one knows ahead of time exactly what is to take place. The installers who attended (Regis & Eric), were very professional and courteous. The work was completed in exactly the timeframe they indicated.
