I’ve been meaning to do this before now, but happy to recommend Gauthier Roofing-Siding for quality eavestroughs, soffit repair and new downspouts!Owner Ron Gauthier could not have been more professional, attentive, knowledgeable and he and his staff have the most excellent customer service. From the first contact requesting a quote, to making suggestions and providing options tailored to our specific needs, the entire experience was a great one!Technicians removed the older eavestroughs, pieces at a time, while installing new segments as they went along. All removed product was taken away and they kept our property in great shape while they worked.You might find some cheaper quotes, but we can be sure that Gauthier Roofing-Siding will definitely be around years from now to honour their amazing warranty. Well done Ron and Team!

I had additional insulation installed on both my house and garage along with vinyl siding, replacement windows, a new front door and new gutters with gutter guard. The work is top notch, completed quickly and looks very good. The price quoted was in line with other companies that I had approached. Friends who had Gautier do their homes recommended them. I have more work to be done and I'm not looking for anyone else to do it; Gautier is my go-to company. I highly recommend them.OK. It's been a few months since I wrote the review above. All the work done; siding, windows, door are great. No problems at all.So here's the thing. I needed the "energy" stickers that were affixed to each window to prove they met performance standards for a government grant. Problem was I lost the stickers. So I turned to Ron Gauthier to see if he could help. The next day Ron emailed me the energy performance data sheets for each window. Ron reached out to the window company and a couple days later I got scans of the stickers I had lost. He also arranged for the energy stickers to be mailed to me. This is way more than I need I'm sure in order to satisfy my energy evaluation. But this just underscores the "extra mile" you can expect from this company - even six months after the work was done!

Having used Gauthier Roofing and Siding, at my previous residence, my first thought was to call them for work I needed done at my new address. It was a last-minute request, which had to be fulfilled prior to the upcoming winter weather; was subject to other work being completed by other Contractors; took place during the Christmas Holiday Season! After learning what was required, Mr Gauthier assisted me immediately. He answered my questions, at all times, day & night! He was patient with my shift-work schedule. Mr Gauthier kept in touch as to my progress on the other work, advising what would happen depending on the timeline of its completion. A "What to Expect" information sheet is provided, so one knows ahead of time exactly what is to take place. The installers who attended (Regis & Eric), were very professional and courteous. The work was completed in exactly the timeframe they indicated. I was correct and very happy to deal with Gauthier Roofing and Siding again, and already have another job in mind to complete with them in the future.Thank you,Anne A.Windsor, ON

We worked on this very unique project for over a year in stages with other contractors and Mr. Gauthier seemed to be the only one to understand my needs the best and gave me great ideas on how to proceed. It was a pleasure to work with Ron and his crew. They did an outstanding job on the installation of my roof and new gutters. His crew was efficient and meticulous. Ron even sent one of his team back out to my house to perform a leak test after a strong rain. End result, the previous leak we had was completely sealed when the roof was done. The collection of water turned out to be from another source and not the result of the storm.Would recommend their services.

After getting several quotes for our roof, soffits, fascia and eaves my wife and I decided that Gauthier was the best choice for the job. Their professionalism and quality of work is second to none. There is constant communication throughout the whole job and the final results look amazing. Ron was quick to get me a quote, and due to the condition of my roof was able to fit me in right away. All my emails were answered immediately and everything was explained thoroughly. I have never left a google review in my life. This company deserves one. Let me be blunt, I have never had customer service like this in my life. Unfortunately with our crazy and busy world, customer service is a thing of the past. Not with Ron though. You email him, he is back to you within 5 minutes. When I first talked to him on the phone, it wasn't a quick 3 minute call and move onto to the next quote. I spoke with him on the phone for 20 - 25 minutes at 9 PM on a week night. He goes through every detail of what you want and need. His worker who came out and did the job was amazing. From his craftmanship to cleaning up after, he did the job like it was his own house. I for sure thought I would have to make a down payment. Not with Ron. You pay him when the job is done and your happy. Incredible. I received 3 quotes from 3 different companies and Ron's prices are very competitive but the customer service and details of the project blew away the rest. Ron and the team were very good. We had siding, soffits, facia, and eavestroughs done.Ron was very responsive and responded to all of our questions during the estimating process. He was very thorough and documented everything in the contract. He gave us an approximate time for the work to start. We lucked out, they started early.They clearly communicated what to expect, what you needed to do to prepare along the way. Clearly coordinated the supply deliveries. Once the worker(s) were on site they were methodical, organized, and kept the site very clean at the end of the day. As we had questions, they would walk the site and give recommendations. If they had questions, they would ask and not assume (always the best approach). Ron would always follow-up.The workmanship is excellent. We are very pleased with the results. A true value add to the home. Ron followed up numerous times to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction. If you are looking for a roofing or siding company to do your work, I would recommend Gauthier.

So when we had some fascia repairs to be done due to wind damage, they were the first ones I called. Gauthier removed our existing siding , installed new 1" insulation and installed new siding. Very pleased with the results on several levels.
