History
In 1968, our founder, Bernie Gauthier began his own roofing company. He learned the trade from his father, who learned from his father before him. Soon the company was specializing in complete exterior home improvements, expanding into siding, windows, doors, skylights and eavestroughing.
Today Bernie’s son Ron, a University of Windsor M.B.A. graduate, is the company president. Continuing the tradition, Ron also learned the trade from his father.
Over the years we have seen many contractors come and go. Some understand the trade well, but are weak on the business side and others have had good business skills, but a poor understanding of the trade. We feel that in order to survive and prosper, you really need both. Ron has had extensive hands-on experience, passed down through the generations, combined with having two business degrees. This gives you peace of mind in knowing that we are well prepared and positioned for the future.
A lot has changed since our humble beginnings with only a truck and a ladder back in the sixties. What hasn’t changed is our tradition of uncompromising craftsmanship and our commitment to superior customer service.
