The GAF System Plus warranty provides coverage against manufacturing defects for all major GAF components on your roof (not just your shingles), so you’ll have the peace of mind in knowing that, if any covered roofing component fails, it will be protected by the warranty (see warranty for complete details). As a factory-certified installer we can offer this enhanced coverage and you can get 50 years of non-prorated coverage against manufacturing defects on your roof system. We oftentimes run promotions that include this enhanced warranty coverage at no additional charge.

The GAF Silver Pledge warranty provides all the coverage of the System Plus warranty with the added benefit of a 10 year “workmanship” warranty, provided and backed by GAF (see warranty for complete details). This means that, not just the material, but the workmanship is also warranted by the shingle manufacturer (GAF), providing you even more peace of mind.

I had a roof and eavestroughs done on an older house. Once the top layer of the slow slope roof was removed, a lot of wood damage was discovered, and the team was able to rebuild and redo the whole structure properly. They cleaned afterwards with great care to the property. Ron kept in touch step by step with all the information, pictures and what to be expected, he answered all my calls and emails very promptly. I had additional insulation installed on both my house and garage along with vinyl siding, replacement windows, a new front door and new gutters with gutter guard. The work is top notch, completed quickly and looks very good. The price quoted was in line with other companies that I had approached. Friends who had Gautier do their homes recommended them. I have more work to be done and I'm not looking for anyone else to do it; Gautier is my go-to company. I highly recommend them.OK. It's been a few months since I wrote the review above. All the work done; siding, windows, door are great. No problems at all.So here's the thing. I needed the "energy" stickers that were affixed to each window to prove they met performance standards for a government grant. Problem was I lost the stickers. So I turned to Ron Gauthier to see if he could help. The next day Ron emailed me the energy performance data sheets for each window. Ron reached out to the window company and a couple days later I got scans of the stickers I had lost. He also arranged for the energy stickers to be mailed to me. This is way more than I need I'm sure in order to satisfy my energy evaluation. But this just underscores the "extra mile" you can expect from this company - even six months after the work was done!

Having used Gauthier Roofing and Siding, at my previous residence, my first thought was to call them for work I needed done at my new address. It was a last-minute request, which had to be fulfilled prior to the upcoming winter weather; was subject to other work being completed by other Contractors; took place during the Christmas Holiday Season! After learning what was required, Mr Gauthier assisted me immediately. He answered my questions, at all times, day & night! He was patient with my shift-work schedule. Mr Gauthier kept in touch as to my progress on the other work, advising what would happen depending on the timeline of its completion. A "What to Expect" information sheet is provided, so one knows ahead of time exactly what is to take place. The installers who attended (Regis & Eric), were very professional and courteous. The work was completed in exactly the timeframe they indicated.
